Welcome to CashCount, a mobile application designed for productivity through processing mobile money transactions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CashCount app ("App"), which is owned and operated by Embalinks Telecom Services Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

User Registration

To use CashCount, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Obligations

Embalinks Telecom Services Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
